Eligibility for Returns

- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.

Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance, sale, or custom-order items are non-returnable.
- Products showing signs of use or tampering will not be accepted.
Return Process

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Ship the package to the provided return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
Refund Details
- Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include detailed photos and a description to expedite the replacement or refund process.
